Hope you all had a happy New Year :) For those who didn't catch me I will be in Florida again in February.. but now.. I'm so bored but I'm so tired. I want to go out but its so cold lol! ....and I have to unpack! Maybe I'll just go out tommorow? Its still early though... Hoping Florida is at least warmer than here lol!

Classes start tomorrow! I’m very excited. But let me fill you up on what has been happening so far!

I’ve been in orientation and I barely had time to breathe. But I love it. Everyone is so nice!

Yesterday was pretty much “reunion day” for me. I was able to see Grease and Natalie making her debut on Broadway. She was amazing! It was wonderful to see her again. I was also able to go to the Drowsy Chaperone stage door and see Cisco. We caught up and I sat in his office for a while. We talked about John Glover (Lionel Luthor of “Smallville”) as the Man in Chair. He told me how Allison Mack came to see the show and he got a picture with her I also went over to Wicked to see Stephanie J Block. I also saw Katie Webber. She gave me a hug and said “It has been so long” and met Lindsay Nothern. So sweet! I saw Annaleigh as well. Stephanie came out and gave me a hug we talked for a moment. She is such a wonderful person who I am blessed to have in my life.

Its so surreal to be in the city. I cannot believe I LIVE here. Seeing Grease really reinforced what I wanted to do with my life. I want to be up there performing my heart out. I can’t describe the feeling because its too intense ;). I’m ready to start this journey.

Oh and Tabby, I’m sorry I haven’t commented on your journal. I have to verify my e-mail or something and I’ve had no time haha. I love the site! Allison is such an inspiration and I hope she does a Broadway show soon lol.

Here I am!

So I am in New York. After saying goodbye to my animals (which was very sad.. I miss them SO much!). The flight was pretty nice even though I hate flying lol. I use to have ear problems so I’m still sensitive to the pressure. The earbuds from my Zune helped me though. I read more of “Life Of Pi”… Has anyone read it? I think it’s a good book, but not the best one. I got into the city (my new home) around 7 (traffic was AWFUL!) and I dropped my things off at The Amsterdam. There were some AMDA kids there are they were so sweet. My mom and I went to dinner at Cosmic Diner. I talked to my friend Lisa on the phone who is at NYU.. Remy and 'Puffin', we are awaiting your arrival!! Then I had some ice cream as it was raining awful outside. I walked around with my hoodie over my head and my glasses falling down my face. I'm the biggest nerd in the world! Then I went over to the Gershwin theatre. I got to see Stephanie J Block who my mom was talking to. Stephanie grabbed me and said "I remember you!" I've missed her! Then I talked to Annaleigh about how we use to e-mail about Marymount! We hugged and I was on my way. Annaleigh Ashford is playing Glinda in "Wicked". It was her first show on Bway! I saw my friend Jackie.. on a stick! It was a picture of Jackie on a popsicle stick. I said "Thats my friend.. shes so sweet!" and the girls who had it were very nice.

So there you have it folks.. my first day in the city! Tommorow is orientation! I leave you with a quote
